Supplements are one of the most rejected categories at Amazon fulfillment centers, and almost always for the same reason: dates. We prep capsules, powders, softgels, gummies and liquid supplements to the requirements that apply to ingestible products, at our third-party prep warehouse in Ozone Park, Queens.

What Amazon expects on a supplement unit

• An expiration date printed on both the individual unit and the outer case
• The date in a consistent, legible format, large enough to read without magnification
• Meaningful shelf life remaining when the unit is received at the fulfillment center — short-dated stock gets refused
• A sealed unit, so the customer can see the product has not been opened
• A poly bag with a suffocation warning where the packaging calls for one

What we do with your shipment

Your supplier cartons arrive at our warehouse and are received free of charge, counted, inspected and photographed. We check dates against your requirements before anything is labeled, flag any short-dated or damaged stock to you rather than shipping it, apply FNSKU labels, poly bag where required, and forward cartons to your assigned fulfillment center.
