Services

Smart Prep Services provides third-party Amazon FBA prep services including receiving, inspection, labeling, packaging, bundling, short-term storage, and carton forwarding from our warehouse at 145-12 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11436.

Quotes and pricing

Published pricing on our website reflects standard list rates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing based on your product type, dimensions, prep requirements, and shipment volume. We reserve the right to adjust quotes when actual inbound inventory differs from the information provided.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate prep instructions aligned with Amazon Seller Central requirements
• Ensure supplier cartons are labeled with your company name and shipment reference
• Respond to damage or discrepancy notifications in a timely manner
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms

Storage

Two weeks of storage is included with standard receiving unless otherwise agreed. Extended storage may incur additional fees communicated in advance.

Liability

We handle inventory with reasonable care consistent with industry standards. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any written service agreement. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate product and inventory insurance.
