Once pallets are built and labeled, someone has to book the truck, produce the bill of lading, get the fulfillment center appointment, and be at the dock when the driver arrives. We do that from our Ozone Park, Queens warehouse for every pallet shipment we prep: Amazon-partnered carrier LTL booked through your Seller Central shipment, a carrier of your choosing, or a full truckload when the volume justifies it.
What pallet forwarding covers
- Pallet count, dimensions, and weights supplied for the Seller Central freight quote or your carrier’s rate
- Bill of lading prepared with the Amazon reference and shipment IDs the fulfillment center needs to receive it
- Delivery appointment arranged through the carrier where Amazon requires one, so the truck is not turned away at the FC
- Pallets staged at the dock and loaded when the driver arrives; PRO number and tracking sent to you the same day
- Consolidation of several small shipments onto shared pallets where Amazon’s routing allows it

Our dock is a short drive from the fulfillment centers that serve the Northeast — JFK8 on Staten Island, the Carteret and Teterboro sites in New Jersey, and the Pennsylvania cluster beyond them — so a pallet that leaves Queens in the morning can be at an Amazon dock the same day. Cartons or pallets?
Small shipments still travel best as individual cartons — that is our carton forwarding service, from $1.00 per carton. Pallet forwarding starts to win above roughly 150 cartons to one destination, and always wins for heavy or bulky units. Not sure which applies? Pricing
Quoted per shipment: staging, loading, and paperwork are a flat per-pallet rate; freight itself is billed at the carrier’s rate or through your Amazon-partnered shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the Amazon-partnered carrier for pallets you built?
Yes. Create the shipment in Seller Central as LTL with our address as the ship-from, enter the pallet count, dimensions, and weights we send you, and accept the partnered-carrier quote. We print the bill of lading and pallet labels from that shipment and load the truck when it arrives.
Do you handle the fulfillment center appointment?
For Amazon-partnered LTL the carrier arranges it. For your own carrier we provide the shipment details the carrier needs to book the appointment through Amazon’s carrier portal, and we confirm the pickup time at our dock.
How many cartons before a pallet is cheaper than parcel?
As a rule of thumb, above 150 to 200 cartons to one fulfillment center, or any shipment with heavy or oversize cartons. Send us the carton count, weights, and destination and we will quote both ways.
